You agree to these Terms and you enter into a binding contract with us when you sign up for a Ticket Tribe account or download any of our apps. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, please do not use or access the Services. These Terms may need to be changed and we recommend you to check this page from time to time for changes.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree with our Privacy Policy.
Ticket Tribe does not create, organise, or own the events listed on the Services. The Organiser is solely responsible for making sure that the event page and the event itself comply with all applicable laws and that any products and services offered on their event page are delivered according to their description.
All payments made by Consumers using the Services are paid directly to the Organiser’s account. As a result, the event Organiser is responsible to abide by the tax laws of their country of origin. Ticket Tribe does not accept responsibility for any taxes which are not paid by the Organiser.
You may use the Services to sell tickets online only if you are the event organiser or an authorised ticket seller (and have the event organisers expressed written permission) for all the events you are selling tickets for. If you will be using the Services on behalf of an entity, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity and represent that you have the authority to do so.
Ticket Tribe does not have any relationship with your customers, therefore it is the Organisers responsibility to solve any issues arising with your customers such as disputes, refunds and poor relationships. We will not be liable for any costs and damages in relation to these problems.
The Organiser is responsible for providing their own terms of sale for their customers and accordingly, we will direct any customers who direct queries regarding your events to you. You agree not to refer your customers to us for support.
All Consumer payments are processed through by Stripe. Accordingly, you will be bound by the terms and conditions that govern Stripe’s relationships with their customers.
We do not have any relationship with Stripe and hereby disclaim all liability (including, but not limited to) any losses, costs, fees and penalties of whatever nature arising from, the acts and omissions of any external payment provider.
While Ticket Tribe always strives to have 100% uptime for its Services, we do not guarantee the availability of the Services and shall not be liable if for any reason the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. During any time of downtime, we do not accept responsibility for loss of income or any other losses in relationship of our Services being not available.
The Services are provided “as is.” Ticket Tribe expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. Ticket Tribe makes no warranty that the Services will meet a user’s requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, and error-free.
The foregoing disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Ticket Tribe complies to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679). You can find more information on how we comply to this by visiting our Privacy Policy page.
For any personal information of Consumers that we handle as part of the Services, the Organiser is the "data controller" and we are the "data processor" in relation to that data.
If you choose not to comply with our Terms then we may not have any choice to block access to your account or to our website. Any implications of these decisions are your responsibility and you will not have access to any of the data which is stored on our server. Ticket Tribe does not need to give you any warnings before suspensions occur however in most cases we will give you time to resolve any issues.
These terms of service and the obligations they entail are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The parties will try to resolve any disputes stemming from or related to the contract through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties have the right to turn to the Harju County Court for a resolution according to the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
